Group Class Terms and Conditions

            I understand that attendance at a dog training class is not without risk to myself, members of my family or guests who may attend, or my dog, because some of the dogs to which I (we) will be exposed may be difficult to control and may be the cause of injury even when handled with the greatest amount of care. For these reasons, children must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

            I hereby waive and release THE PAWS TRAINING GROUP and Smithland Supply, its employees and agents from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage which I or my dog may suffer, including specifically, but without limitations, any injury or damage resulting from the action of said dog, or other dog, and I expressly assume the risk of any such damage, injury, or illness while attending any training session or other function of PAWS, or while on the training grounds or the surrounding area thereto. 

            In consideration of and as an inducement to the acceptance of my application for training attendance by my dog(s) and/or me at any other function by THE PAWS TRAINING GROUP and Smithland Supply, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless THE PAWS TRAINING GROUP and Smithland Supply, its employees and agents from any and all claims by and member of my family or any other person accompanying me to any training session or function of PAWS or while on the grounds or surrounding area thereto as a result of any action by any dog, including my own, or for any other reason.

            I understand that tuition paid for any class entitles me in participation in that class only.  I understand that tuition is not transferrable to any other class, either group of private, and that tuition is not refundable. The PAWS TRAINING GROUP reserves the right to terminate the attendance of any person or any dog in our training classes at any time and for any reason.   Female dogs in season are not allowed, parents may attend without your dog for class information.

            I understand that I am also to provide a copy of detailed vaccine records for any, and all dog(s) that may be attending training classes with The PAWS Training Group.  Those records shall include mandatory Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, Rabies (dogs over 5 months of age), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough).  If I fail to bring my vaccine records to the first class, I may be asked to leave and return when I am in possession of such vaccine records.  Visit our website: www.PAWSTrainingGroup.com for more information on required vaccines.
